Refund policy

At Eden Herbz, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality herbal products. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Returns

We accept returns only if the product seal is unbroken and the parcel has not been opened or tampered with.

Once the seal is broken or the product has been opened, we cannot accept returns due to hygiene and safety reasons.

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds

If your return request is approved, we will process your refund after deducting 10% of the order value as courier and handling charges.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after receiving and verifying the returned product.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with proof (photo or video), and we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
